- Fold Bashful Blue card stock in half once horizontally and once vertically. Cut the crease from the bottom to the center of the card stock.
- Wheel the neighborhood image in Basic Black ink across the top half of card. Color using Stampin' Pastels and blender pens. (Seal Stampin' Pastels to prevent them from smudging.)
- Adhere the bottom right fourth of Bashful Blue card on top of the bottom left fourth of square. Fold the right side of the pop-up card diagonally from the center of the card to the top right corner, and unfold.
- Cut top of two pieces of Garden Green card stock repeatedly for grass look. Adhere to bottom of inside walls of card. Adhere piece of Garden Green card stock to floor of card.
- Stamp people images in Basic Black ink on Whisper White card stock. Color using Stampin' Pastels and cut out, leaving tabs beneath feet to be folded and adhered to card. Cut small strips of Garden Green card stock and fold and adhere ends to inside walls of card, and back of people images. Adhere people images to floor of card. Test folding down card at diagonal crease so that images pop up when card is unfolded.
- Stamp "Thank you" in Basic Black ink on Certainly Celery card stock and cut out. Adhere to strip of Close to Cocoa card stock and adhere to one of people images on card.
- Stamp "From all of us" in Basic Black ink on Certainly Celery card stock and cut out. Adhere to Close to Cocoa card stock, and adhere to floor of card.
